Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bartlesville, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating customer equipment repairs from start to finish, working closely with repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to ensure seamless communication and efficient repair processes. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to analyze data will enable you to identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Repair Coordination and Process Improvement, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues
  • Collaborating with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Reviewing and verifying invoices to ensure accuracy and sending them to customers in a timely manner
  • Running reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for process improvement, recommending changes to enhance productivity
  • Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, repair technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, recommending process improvements to enhance productivity
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift and Location

This is a full-time position, working a day shift in our Bartlesville, OK office. We are not a remote company, and this role requires in-person attendance.
