Identity and Access Management (IAM) Expert

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Expert to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Design, configure, and maintain PingID and Omada Identity platforms.
• Develop and customize Omada workflows, connectors, and scripts to support identity lifecycle processes.
• Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, including custom code fixes.
• Collaborate with IT security and operations teams to enhance IAM strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation and provide training for IAM processes.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with PingID and Omada Identity in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of implementing IAM solutions and developing custom workflows/connectors.
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing IAM workflows.
• Expertise in PingID: Configuration, MFA setup, integration with enterprise systems.
• Expertise in Omada Identity: Role-based access control, identity governance, workflow automation, custom development using Omada APIs.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or PowerShell for IAM development tasks.
• Knowledge of federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud identity solutions (Azure AD, etc.).
• Understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR compliance).
• Excellent use of the English language (verbal & written).

Preferred Certifications

• Ping Identity Certified Professional
• Omada Identity Governance Certification
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
