Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, chat, and email channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely, professional, and efficient manner, while exceeding defined service level goals.
Responsibilities
* Answer and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience

Qualifications
* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
