Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and accuracy
- Accurately documenting call content in real-time to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and expert support
Schedule and Training
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Note: Rotating holidays as needed
Compensation and Benefits
* Pay: $16.20/hr

Essential Qualifications
