Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to residential and business clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilizing computer software and systems to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Proficiency with computer software and systems, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion
  • A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability, thoroughness, and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate tense situations
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations and adapting to changing situations

Schedule and Work Environment:

This is a work-from-home position with flexible schedules available, including:

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

As a remote employee, you will be responsible for creating a dedicated workspace that meets blithequark's technical and security requirements. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and productivity while working from home.
