Our Manhattan, Kansas location offers exciting opportunities for customer service professionals to join our growing team. We're hiring for full-time openings in all shifts between 8am and 8pm CST, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle. As a Remote Customer Service Representative I, you'll possess the skills and expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while working autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative I, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Ensuring that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining high performance levels to specified goals
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives
  • Utilizing computer systems and technology to efficiently manage customer interactions and data entry
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice and support to customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with computer systems and technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily
  • Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices
