As a Remote Customer Service Representative I, you'll possess the skills and expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while working autonomously and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative I, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Ensuring that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining high performance levels to specified goals
- Maintaining a positive attitude and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives
- Utilizing computer systems and technology to efficiently manage customer interactions and data entry
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice and support to customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficiency with computer systems and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily
- Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices
