Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Transcribing text and numerical data from records, worksheets, and internet forms into the corresponding digital records and databases with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Revising present data inputs when fresh details come in, ensuring that our records are always up-to-date and accurate
  • Overseeing and maintaining filing systems for reference materials and assets, ensuring that our documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Contributing to other clerical responsibilities, such as duplicating, fax transmissions, and document organization, as required
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve our goals and objectives, and providing exceptional support to our clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary education certification or equivalent
  • Entry-level computing abilities, with knowledge of Office productivity tools and data transcription applications a plus
  • Ability to input at least 35 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Prior experience with data entry, customer service, support services, sales, telemarketing, or scheduling, although not essential
