Life as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our valued customers. Your day will be filled with:
- Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with poise and professionalism
- Personalizing the experience for each caller, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Answering incoming calls, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner
- Opportunities for advancement across the entire blithequark network
- Reporting to an assigned Supervisor and working a set schedule with a structured day
- Bilingual Specialist opportunities for those fluent in Spanish and English
Compensation and Benefits
* Starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
- Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members

System Requirements and Technical Skills
* Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- Headset compatible with blithequark specifications
- High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
- Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems and partner with IT when needed
Training and Onboarding
* Paid training period with a comprehensive onboarding program
- Orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET
- Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ
