Job Description
As a Customer Service and Remote Virtual Assistant in US Healthcare Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting our team of healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and Assembling Medical Record Documentation: You will be responsible for preparing and assembling medical record documentation, including charts and other pertinent health information.
- Ensuring Medical Record Compliance: You will ensure that medical records are compliant with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission.
- Updating Patient History and Physical Exam: You will update patient history and physical exam information in the patient's medical record.
- Preparing and Sending Documentation to Physicians: You will prepare and send documentation to physicians for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures.
- Monitoring Lab Results and Screening Procedures: You will monitor the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures.
- Performing Clerical Duties and Tasks: You will perform other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned.
