Responsibilities

As an Independent Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to promote our products and services, building strong relationships and trust through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Utilizing upselling techniques to increase sales, identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet the customer's needs
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and attention to detail
  • Handling cash transactions with precision, adhering to cash handling procedures and maintaining a secure and organized workspace
  • Maintaining phone etiquette standards during customer interactions, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every caller

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Agent at blithequark, you will need:

  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (Multilingual/Bilingual preferred), with a strong emphasis on clear and concise communication
  • Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry, including experience with CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Experience with cash handling procedures, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment
  • Familiarity with Spanish language is a plus, but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and support

Compensation and Benefits
