Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Remote, Bilingual - Spanish and English, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet
  • Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized solutions to their needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge

Requirements

To be successful as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Remote, Bilingual - Spanish and English, you will need:

  • The ability to read, write, and speak fluently both Spanish and English
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
