Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve business outcomes and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain complex data models, databases, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives

• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve business outcomes and enhance the customer experience
• Design and implement data visualization tools and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure blithequark remains at the forefront of data analytics and business intelligence

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or scientist in an industry or organization with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R programming languages, with experience working with large data sets and complex data models
• Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Matplotlib, Scene, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, and others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)

• Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with data governance and quality processes, including data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
