Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and concerns
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality
  • Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • A high level of self-motivation and success-driven behavior, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Comfortable working from home in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a cable/fiber broadband internet connection and a hard-wired ethernet connection
  • A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act, are highly valued. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.

Compensation Details

* Base Pay: $14.50 per hour

  • Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
