Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls and responding to their questions and concerns about our clients' services and products
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, using your own computer and headset to take calls
  • Making your own schedule based on your family commitments or other work opportunities
  • Earning bonuses and additional income by working extra hours

Essential Qualifications:
