Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Freelance Chat/Email Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional support to our users via email and chat. As a key member of our support team, you'll be the first point of contact for users who reach out with general inquiries, minor issues, or feedback. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and courteous assistance, addressing user inquiries, resolving issues, and providing helpful guidance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Freelance Chat/Email Customer Support Agent, your main tasks will include:
