Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Nashville, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sets, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, presenting results to a wide range of audiences, and guiding less experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. - Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources. - Develop arrangements from initial concept to production, communicating results to a wide range of audiences. - Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and foster significant insights and recommendations to the management team, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis. - Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making. - Guide less experienced staff, working in cross-functional projects and presenting to the management team.

Essential Qualifications

- Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics. - Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis. - Proficient in analysis software and applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry. - Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis. - Microsoft Office - Microsoft Power BI - Alteryx - Python/R - Automation - Financial Information - Basic Accounting Information - Proficient in analysis software and applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
