About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, engaging with customers who contact us for a variety of topics. You'll be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Ability to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for pets and pet care
