Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Alternate Investments Reconciliation and Corporate Actions

Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/ addressing breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents
- Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
- Executing analysis of complex/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
- Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
- Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
- Collaborating with external partners, including fund companies, transfer agents, and other business partners
Duties Analysis
* Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests
- Identifying and addressing client/Advisor account exceptions
- Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciling Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
- Resolving discrepancies between blithequark and fund companies
- Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and correcting tax coding errors
- Troubleshooting internal/external system issues or concerns
- Identifying the root cause of breaks between blithequark, the Fund, etc.
- Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues
- Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the financial industry, particularly in Alternate Investments
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Familiarity with tax coding and reconciliation processes
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist, Certified Reconciliation Specialist)
