Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional experience throughout the entire customer journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and driving a program of continuous improvement for client experience across all vehicle items and channels
  • Serving as the primary resource for all cross-functional partners regarding Tesla vehicle client experience
  • Proactively identifying client pain points and potential opportunities for growth across all business areas, developing tools that provide visibility into process bottlenecks and irregularities
  • Collaborating with internal partners to scope and investigate improvement drives
  • Working with the Deals and Conveyance Teams to scope, investigate, prioritize, and drive projects that enable an elite client experience
  • Partnering closely with the design and development team to define practical and timely requirements for software tools and provide business context for their work, driving project prioritization based on the greatest need to the business
  • Ensuring effective task execution by guaranteeing business readiness for internal execution, organizing and monitoring execution, critical thinking around obstacles, and driving decisions with management as required. Work with a culture of continuous improvement and eliminate process shortcomings wherever they may hide

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in customer experience with fast-moving companies in the field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks, balancing competing needs and priorities
  • Effective use of data, reason, and intuition to identify issues, assess business value, and execute solutions; experience running complex cycles using Lean or other methodologies
  • Knowledge of data collection, data analysis, and program execution
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across various time zones, building strong relationships and a reputation as a trusted partner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
