Join Our Team

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with a global player base, providing technical advice and assistance to millions of players worldwide. You'll be a go-to expert for our free-to-play mobile games, managing player tickets and collaborating with diverse departments to resolve issues swiftly and seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms, managing player tickets with the help of support engineers

  • Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance in a timely and effective manner
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues swiftly, collaborating with departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing
  • Use your research skills to come up with solutions and enhance our support services
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our games and their technical requirements
  • Communicate effectively with players, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

  • Excellent communication skills in German, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian, both verbal and written
  • A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise
  • Experience playing mobile games is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of mobile gaming platforms and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer support role for a mobile game development company

  • Knowledge of German, English, and Russian languages
  • Experience playing mobile games
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
