Job Overview
As a Data Entry & Reporting Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
Performing accurate data entry
for multiple clients to ensure records are maintained to the highest standard.
Running and generating reports
as required, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established reporting formats.
Supporting the account management team
by providing timely and accurate information for client accounts.
Communicating with franchisees or corporate contacts
when needed to confirm details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent data quality.
Conducting regular data cleanup tasks
to maintain database accuracy and reliability.
Identifying data inconsistencies
and taking corrective action to improve data quality.
Providing general administrative support
as needed within the account management team.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1+ years of proven experience
in data entry or a related field, preferably in a client-focused environment.
Strong attention to detail
and commitment to data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
and other reporting tools; experience with data management software is a plus.
Strong communication skills
, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work both independently
and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills
and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
What We Offer
At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Competitive salary: $24.10 - $31.25 per hour or $50,000 - $65,000 annualized base salary; plus, benefits.
- Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.

- Holidays: The company observes ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time, regular employees earn 15 days of PTO in the first 12-months of continuous service, and 22 days in subsequent years. Eligible part-time employees earn pro-rated PTO.
