Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding our products, services, and troubleshooting
  • Resolving customer complaints, issues, or concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Assisting customers with order tracking, billing inquiries, returns, and other general queries
  • Using CRM software to document conversations and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional assistance when necessary
  • Collaborating with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Adhering to company protocols, maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction, etc.)

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or remote setting
  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone
  • Ability to handle multiple chats at once while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
  • Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, LiveChat, Intercom)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms or SaaS products
  • Multilingual abilities
  • Previous experience in a remote customer service role
  • Familiarity with social media customer support channels
