Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team and lead the development of cloud infrastructure and data analytics projects. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvement through data analysis and business insights. Responsibilities
As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
- Working with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
- Planning and automating metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and following up on opportunities to improve
- Identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
Qualifications
To be successful as a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics)
- At least 4 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
- 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and controlling data collections using SQL
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and data analytics tools and technologies
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Preferred Qualifications
* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
- Experience in specialized program/project management roles
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data analytics concepts and technologies
- Experience working with big data and machine learning technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
