Job Description

We're seeking entry-level Chat Support Agents to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner. You'll provide accurate information about blithequark services and job opportunities, assist users with navigating our platform, and resolve any issues they encounter. You'll also maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
