Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, answering their inquiries, providing product information, and helping them resolve any issues they may be experiencing. Your goal will be to deliver a positive customer experience that exceeds their expectations and builds loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused manner
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring that you are up-to-date on the latest products, services, and initiatives
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality support that meets or exceeds customer expectations
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products and services, ensuring that customers are aware of all relevant options and benefits
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure that their issues are fully resolved
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, and through other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen to customers, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolving customer issues
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high degree of autonomy
