Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: Consistently be ready to work and on time as scheduled, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A secure and reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for upload and download.
  • Home Workspace: A dedicated and quiet workspace in your home, free from distractions and interruptions.
  • Ability to Work Remotely: The ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and a high level of autonomy.

Availability

We're seeking full-time candidates, with some shifts dependent on availability. You'll be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed.
