The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled Freelance Customer Experience Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 8-20 hours per week (average of about 15 hours per week), starting immediately. As a Freelance Experience Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with our team, and contribute to the development of innovative marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Freelance Customer Experience Strategist, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the development of communications plans that drive business growth and customer engagement
* Developing channel briefs for social and digital creative to fulfill media plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and platform best practices
* Reviewing creative assets to ensure they meet the required standards and are optimized for each channel
* Creating and managing omnichannel asset ecosystems, mapping creative assets to audiences across the customer journey
* Consulting on and contributing to briefs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more
How You'll Excel in Your Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement
* A deep understanding of basic principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, principles of growth, and more
* Availability for meetings in the PST timezone
* The ability to contribute independently to project requirements without requiring extensive oversight or training
* A clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style
