Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert advice on coverage options, and implementing retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.
  • Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings.
  • Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active Property & Casualty License: A valid Property & Casualty license is required for this position.
  • Previous Insurance Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty service experience is required.
  • Allstate Experience: Previous experience with Allstate is preferred but not required.
