Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our online visitors through our live chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding promptly to live chat inquiries from website visitors - Providing accurate information about blithequark services and programs - Assisting clients with questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner - Documenting and escalating issues to the appropriate departments as needed - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all services and programs offered by blithequark - Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met and providing additional support if necessary - Contributing to the improvement of live chat processes and protocols

Qualifications

To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you will need to possess the following qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting - Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency with live chat software and CRM systems - High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment - A passion for helping others and making a difference in the community
