Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workforce Activities Execution and Optimization team. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improvement
- Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and implement process enhancements to drive business results
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Provide regular reports to senior leaders and stakeholders on business performance and areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders on business performance and areas for improvement
- Build and maintain knowledge and skills through self-improvement, team learning, and client (internal) information
- Travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and drive business growth
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job
- 3 years of work experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience driving high-performing teams
- Counseling and project management experience
- Solid quantitative skills, including data analysis and interpretation
- Critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Store experience and/or ASDS experience
- Experience working in a retail or field environment
- Strong knowledge of business operations and process improvement
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
- Certification in data analysis or business analytics
Work Environment
* Work is typically performed in an indoor, comfortable setting
- May require occasional travel (less than 10% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and drive business growth
- May require occasional lifting or moving of light objects
