Job Summary

The Senior Learning Data Analyst will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and employee development. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with senior leaders to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and present actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

* Develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and employee development

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and present actionable insights that inform business decisions
• Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement data-driven strategies
• Develop and maintain advanced data analytics tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, and data visualization software
• Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers
• Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings
• Partner with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements to convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
• Understand and estimate the effort and cost of a solution
• Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and techniques
• May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Ability to apply advanced tools and techniques to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically examine and weigh options to advocate solutions

• Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals
• Be a self-starter and able to work with a minimal amount of supervision to perform assignments and projects
• Understanding of Company policies (e.g.: Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of SWA Culture
• Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment
• Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions
• Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations
• Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences

Education

* Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

* Advanced level experience, fully functioning extensive expertise in: + Acquiring data using various tools including: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets. + Visualization and presentation experience

• Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
• Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
