Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and working closely with our internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing a friendly and helpful voice on the phone, via email, or through our online chat platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our internal teams, including Technical Account Managers and Sales and Solutions Planners, to deliver tailored solutions to our clients
  • Proactively assist clients with avoiding potential issues, jumping deep to understand the root causes of problems and providing solutions to resolve them
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including Big Data and Charging issues
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our customer service processes are efficient and effective
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services, as well as best practices in customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Communications, or Computer Science

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or IT environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cloud-based environment, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • Knowledge of Big Data and Charging issues, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
  • Experience working with technical account managers and sales and solutions planners
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish or Mandarin
