Key Responsibilities:

As a Voice and Chat Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and/or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
  • Providing exceptional support to customers via voice calls and chat, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve issues and build strong relationships

Requirements:

To succeed as a Voice and Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
  • 2 years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a strong focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional support experiences
