Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team, providing exceptional service to customers through inbound calls, email, and chat support. As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and meeting productivity goals while working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Communicate empathetically with customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is met
  • Meet booking conversion, quality, and productivity goals for inbound calls
  • Work accurately with close attention to detail, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (HSD or GED)

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, fast food, or hospitality environment
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
  • Computer and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to type, talk, and listen while moving between multiple computer screens
  • High-quality internet bandwidth with the capability to plug into a modem
  • Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity goals and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual Spanish language skills (pay rate: $15.50/hour)

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Benefits and Perks

* Competitive hourly rate: $15-$16/hour (bilingual Spanish: $15.50/hour)

  • Opportunity for a $1/hour increase after approximately 90 days
  • $50/month internet allowance

Training Schedule
