As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare professionals. Work Outline

As a Call Center Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing information section and patient enrollment tasks, adhering to state and government guidelines
  • Answering high-volume customer inquiries, working under direct supervision, and observing guideline working methods
  • Utilizing blithequark's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and enter information into the proper system
  • Handling patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for handling
  • Investigating to obtain missing solution data, deciphering clinical shortened forms (SIG codes), and settling all information section-related special cases
  • Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settling outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation
  • Settling Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as indicated by individual arrangement necessities
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as fitting

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school certificate or GED
  • Essential level PC abilities, including starting and closing the PC, using the mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving records, printing reports, and accessing data online
  • Essential web search tools abilities, including opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search tool, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online
  • Middle-level keyboarding abilities, including typing at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Age 18 or older

Favored Capabilities

While not required, we prefer candidates with:
  • No less than 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly perceived certificate office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding abilities, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
