Key Responsibilities:
As an Email and Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective email and chat support to our clients in LATAM
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilizing CRM systems and ticketing software to manage customer interactions and track issues
- Documenting important details and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
- Participating in weekly meetings to discuss team performance, share best practices, and receive feedback
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent grammar and writing skills in English and Spanish
- High reading comprehension skills in English and Spanish
- Experience working with CRM systems and ticketing software
- Ability to document important details and maintain accurate records
- Openness to learning and thriving in a dynamic team environment
- Availability to attend a weekly meeting for 30 minutes and work a 6-hour shift with a daily 30-minute break (paid)
- EST / PST timezone availability
Preferred Qualifications:
* Hospitality or hotel experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with blithequark's products or services
