As a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in representing our dealer clients favorably online and turning website traffic into revenue-generating leads.
The Role
As a Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat to answer their questions, provide product information, and schedule appointments. You will also capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarize interactions based on customer needs, and develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.
Responsibilities:
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication with customers
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, highlighting key takeaways and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills are a must, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and lead generation
- Previous gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and think on your feet
Requirements:
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Must live within the state of Texas
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions is essential, as this is a remote position
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
