Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection, ensuring seamless communication and data transmission.
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs (MS Office, etc.), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary, to meet customer needs and business requirements.
