Job Overview

This temporary/seasonal position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the content claims solutions industry. As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for providing accurate and complete data entry of lists and reviewing and editing transcribed voice clips from our mobile app software. This is a process-oriented role that requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently. Although this is a temporary position, high performers may be considered for a full-time job offer for permanent team placement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete data entry of lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Review and revise mobile app transcribed entries
  • Ensure ongoing communication with other team members on the progression of data entry and pricing of contents
  • Communicate with Content Claims Specialists to ensure seamless workflow
  • Adhere to workflow deadlines and document/upload pertinent claim-related information
  • Maintain detailed notes in relevant systems and make necessary changes after Quality Assurance review
  • Complete and submit detailed work/time logs on a daily basis for all claims processed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary School diploma
  • Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles
  • Adequate workspace, free of noise, with reliable high-speed internet service and a personal computer or laptop running on Windows 10 or 11
  • USB wired headset and working webcam
  • Strong technical skills, including MS Office/Outlook, online research, typing, and accurate data editing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate with other team members
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new technology
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve
