Job Summary

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers through live online chats. You'll be the face of our brand, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services in a professional and engaging manner. Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services through engaging and informative responses
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as required

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adapt to different personalities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
