Job Summary

As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, working closely with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee data, supporting the development of our HR knowledge base, and analyzing new employee services to optimize and automate work processes. Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the accuracy of employee data: You'll be responsible for controlling employee structures and processes to ensure the accuracy of employee data, including Workday transactions and statistics input & accuracy.

  • Support the development of our HR knowledge base: You'll help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees, ensuring that they have access to the information they need to excel in their roles.
  • Analyze and operationalize new employee services: You'll assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services, from pre-employment to offboarding, to simplify, optimize, and automate work processes.
  • Perform device and testing audits: You'll perform audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and functionality of our HR systems, analyzing and recording results and discrepancies.
  • Research and implement new tools and strategies: You'll have the opportunity to research new equipment and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work processes throughout our Talent organization.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams: You'll work closely with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM tool: You'll have experience with the Workday HCM tool, including Mass Uploads (EIB).

  • Strong analytical skills: You'll have strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills: You'll have demonstrated experience in customer service, communication, and stakeholder management, with the ability to resolve issues using rigorous logic and strategies.
  • Strong interest in HR and talent management: You'll have a strong interest in HR and talent management, with the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field: A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR area, or as a HR Generalist: Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR area, or as a HR Generalist is a plus.
  • Experience with Zendesk ticketing system: Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with HRIS systems: Experience with HRIS systems, including Workday, is a plus.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices: Knowledge of HR best practices, including talent management, employee engagement, and retention, is a plus.
  • Certifications in HR or related field: Certifications in HR or related field, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, is a plus.
