Opportunities for Participation
We are currently seeking participants for various focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a range of topics, including:
- Child Related: Individuals with children 18 years or younger are invited to share their experiences and opinions on parenting, childcare, and family-related products and services.
- Cell Phones: We are looking for individuals who use Apple, Android, or Windows smartphones, including those with prepaid or contract plans, to share their thoughts on mobile technology and services.
- Entertainment: Casual viewers and die-hard fans of TV shows, movies, and video games are encouraged to participate in our focus groups and share their opinions on the latest releases and trends.
- Food: Individuals who frequent fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining establishments are invited to share their experiences and preferences on food-related products and services.
- Sports: Both casual viewers and die-hard fans of sports are encouraged to participate in our focus groups and share their opinions on sports-related products and services.
- Electronics: We are looking for individuals who use various electronic devices, including smartphones, laptops, and tablets, to share their thoughts on the latest technology and trends.
- Pets: Animal lovers who own dogs, cats, or other pets are invited to share their experiences and opinions on pet-related products and services.
- Automobiles: Individuals who own, make payments on, or lease their vehicles are encouraged to participate in our focus groups and share their opinions on automotive products and services.
Responsibilities
As an online research participant and customer service support specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions, as well as providing honest and thoughtful feedback.
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel to help us better understand your opinions and experiences.
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss them prior to the meeting date.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this opportunity, you must:
- Have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop.
- Have access to a reliable internet connection.
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics.
- Be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
- Have no prior experience required, but be able to work independently.
