Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and responding to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Building internal and external relationships to drive business growth
• Ensuring customer confidentiality and maintaining private information
• Providing guidance and support to other staff members
• Interviewing customers and processing applications, making recommendations for product and services approval
• Processing payments, verifying cash, endorsements, issuing receipts, ACH, etc.
• Preparing and presenting assigned daily marketing offers
• Managing assigned collection of customer accounts
• Compiling and maintaining records of all daily assigned tasks

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years previous Customer Service experience
• Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
• Demonstrated ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at various levels and in differing social and business settings
• Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
• Action and result-focused approach
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile
