The Opportunity:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing elite service to our sellers and customers. You'll be responsible for managing transactions and relationships, responding to a wide range of event and order-related questions, and working to resolve issues in a fair and constructive manner. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience, and that our sellers are supported throughout the process.

How Your Role Expectations Will Progress:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your role expectations will progress significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect: ### Contact Center Representative (30 days in)

  • Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources about how blithequark operates and the live event industry you need to be successful.
  • Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
  • Gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.

### Contact Center Representative (60 days in)

  • Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
  • Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities.
  • Navigate order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.

### Contact Center Representative (90 days in)

  • Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.
  • Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

  • Interest in the live event space and an eager-to-learn attitude.

Work Environment and Schedule:

Our Coppell, TX office is a dynamic and collaborative environment where you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a hybrid model, working 3 days in office and 2 days from home. Your schedule will be:

  • 2:30pm-11:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off.
  • 3:30pm-12:00am, with Wednesday and Thursday off.
  • 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off.

Compensation and Benefits:

As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a competitive salary of $40,000, with eligibility for overtime pay. You'll also be entitled to bi-annual bonuses and an annual equity grant. Additionally, you'll have access to a range of benefits, including:
