Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information about Nuuly's products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management, collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns.
• Providing accurate information about Nuuly's products, services, and policies, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Identifying patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services, ensuring that customer feedback is used to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with Nuuly's values and brand voice, consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Availability to work evenings on weekends, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work remotely.
• Self-motivation, excellent time management, and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savviness, with proficiency in using CRM tools and other software, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• A team player mentality, with a collaborative and supportive approach to working with internal teams and external partners.
