Job Summary
As a Senior Business Analyst – Forecasting and Data Insights, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in business analysis, data visualization, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs
- Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to support business decision-making
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data-driven solutions meet business needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data visualization
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with SQL and data modeling a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics a plus
- Certification in business analysis or data science a plus
