Job Summary

As an HR Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing the export and upload of performance-related documents for our corporate population. This role requires careful consideration of sensitive information related to employee performance. You will work under general supervision, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Access employee performance-related data and export as PDF documents

  • Ensure that the naming convention of generated files follows the expected format
  • Import documents to employee records, ensuring that the document contains data pertaining only to that record
  • Monitor and track tasks assigned while auditing for accuracy
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the HR team

Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience supporting employee records maintenance, preferably in roles such as: + HR Shared Services + Employee Transaction Management + Master Data + Accounts Payable/Receivable + Quality Assurance + Records keeping

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to correct potential issues within defined guidelines or process
  • Self-audits work to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to organize high volumes of work in a logical way to ensure efficient processing of information and adherence to a service level agreement
  • Ability and knowledge of how to manage confidential information
  • Strong desktop computer skills, including:

+ Effective navigation of web-based solutions + Use of MS Office suite for routine tasks like email, managing spreadsheets, and word processing + Basic proficiency in using MS Excel to review and audit large amounts of data + Ability to manipulate, sort, organize, and use basic formulas within MS Excel spreadsheets

  • We are willing to train a candidate with the right aptitude and willingness to learn
