Job Responsibilities

  • Participating in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a range of topics, such as child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
  • Providing written and oral feedback on products and services, helping us to improve and refine our offerings
  • Completing written surveys and questionnaires to help us better understand our clients' needs and preferences
  • Interacting with diverse individuals, including clients, sponsors, and partners, to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Working independently, with minimal supervision, to complete tasks and meet deadlines

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
  • Access to a reliable internet connection
  • The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
  • A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

Compensation and Benefits
