Job Summary
As a Finance Technology Enablement Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving the investigation and planning of vital financial and accounting (F&A) processes. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Creates connections and teams up with key colleagues to comprehend their functional and business needs.
- Works intimately with inner partners to recognize process improvement open doors.
- Advances around monetary cycles, arranging philosophies, frameworks, reports and investigations.
- Goes about as the contact between the FP&A and the application advancement groups to empower change.
- Performs and upholds impromptu investigation, demonstrating, and projects on a case by case basis.
- Endeavors to ceaselessly work on existing cycles and stir things up.
- Develops and executes project plans, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.
- Applies financial planning and analysis expertise to develop and defend business requirements, driving ideal innovation solutions.
Essential Qualifications
* Four-year college education in finance, accounting, or related field; postgraduate education preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in accounting, finance, and finance technology, with a strong understanding of financial reports and tools.
- Solid working knowledge of financial software, data analytics, and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles, with the ability to apply them in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving process improvement and innovation, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
