Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via online chat, responding to customer inquiries regarding products, services, policies, and account information in a clear and concise manner.
- Troubleshoot common customer issues and provide resolutions, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications
